Classic Private Chef Experiences

​​Chef will design and execute a multi-course menu for your fabulous event on location.  Rehearsal dinners, receptions, bachelorette/bachelor parties, upscale dinner parties; whatever your special occasion, the Canyons and Chefs expert Culinary Team has you covered

Service Styles —
Family Style (4-5 course) – Starting at $125/guest
Plated (5 course) – Starting at $200/guest
Plated with craft cocktails and wine pairings – Starting at $300/guest

*Rates subject to variability depending on party size (minimum guest count – 2)

 

Multi-Day Meal Service


This is a great option for retreats and gatherings where guests will need multiple meals over several days.  Chef will be on-site to prepare and serve delicious meals that fit your needs

Rate:  $50/guest/meal/day

Adventure Hiking and Fine Dining

We offer an exciting and unique experience.  Experience outstanding guided outdoor adventures by day (hiking, biking, or paddling), then return to your digs and enjoy world-class food prepared by Chef. (12 guest maximum)

Service Includes:  
Hiking tour – shuttle to and from hike that includes bites and beverages on the way, gourmet lunch, guide, necessary gear, and dinner
5-course Meal with optional Chef-Selected Wine/Beer/Cocktail Pairings
Rate: 4-7 Guests: $850/Guest, 8-12 Guests $750/Guest

Chef Billy Woods trained in the posh ski resort town of Vail, Colorado in a rigorous apprenticeship program.  He then honed his skills in some of the most outstanding kitchens in North America.

Canyons and Chefs

A trained geologist is a person who can interpret millions of years of Earth’s history simply by staring at a rock outcrop for a few minutes.  A chef is a person who can take seemingly humble ingredients and transform them into art.   Anyone can read a book about The Grand Canyon, Canyonlands, or  Death Valley, anyone can read a cookbook or follow a chef on Instagram.   But having the opportunity to put those two things together on the trail and in camp in an unforgettable experience.
