Foodie Hiking Adventures

Guests are provided a GPS waypoint or meeting instructions by the Canyons and Chefs team.  There is a pre-hike meeting and brief and we begin!  A gourmet lunch that includes multiple courses of delectable bites and beverages with a bit of refinement is served in a scenic location chosen by your guide.  It perfectly compliments and pays homage to the incredible places to which we journey

Guides/Staff

Your guide for this experience is a professional with am expert background in the area with all requisite medical certifications and training.  There is discussion on geology, history, flora, fauna, and culture among other interesting and illuminating topics.

Food

The food on your adventure of the highest quality, and prepared by professional chefs.  Meals will consist of multiple options and courses using fresh ingredients.  Dining takes place in a prepared, private dining area.  Certain services include wine/drink pairings.

We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, kosher and non-gluten diets and will make adjustments for food allergies. Special dietary requests may require an additional fee or other arrangements.
